This unique instrument set for single-port medical thoracoscopy allows minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to be carried out with just one small incision. The 5.5 mm operating endoscope, that is the basis of the instrument set, features an integrated, 3.5 mm working channel which provides access for a variety of instruments. Suction and irrigation is also possible via the built-in suction/irrigation port or through the working channel with the use of a suction tube. The user-friendly ergonomic design increases comfort and control. A wide variety of compatible instruments like flexible and rigid trocar sleeves, biopsy forceps, hook and coagulation button electrodes, probes, and suction tubes can be added on to build a complete thoracoscopy set.
